KaMOTION believes in meeting the needs of each individual athlete.  Every athlete is different and as a result we offer a variety of services to meet your athletic goals along with meeting subtle nuances of your personal life.  Health includes working towards your athletic goals, but this can also be balanced with your lifestyle needs.

Package 1: Athlete, $180/month

  • Introductory meeting to determine sport-specific goals for training
  • Personalized training plan through Training Peaks, upgraded to premium account
  • Emails/texts for questions and support (24 hour turnaround, usually less)
  • You are invited to join Club KaMOTION**
  • General hydration and nutrition guidance
  • Weekly review of log in Training Peaks and feedback for improvement

Intermediate Package 1.2: Athlete Plus, $210/month

All the benefits of Package 1, with the following additional components:

  • One meeting in person or via phone/Skype per month to review plan, goals, or sport-specific needs
  • Tailored hydration and nutrition guidance throughout the season
  • Detailed raced plans for each key race, including hydration, nutrition, and mental strategies based on the athlete’s needs

Package 2: Athlete Complete, $250/month

  • Introductory meeting to determine sport-specific goals for training
  • Personalized training plan through Training Peaks, upgraded to premium account
  • Emails/texts for questions and support (24 hour turnaround, usually less)
  • You are invited to join Club KaMOTION**
  • Tailored hydration and nutrition guidance throughout the season
  • Detailed raced plans for each key race throughout the season, including hydration, nutrition, and mental strategies based on the athlete’s needs
  • Daily review of log in Training Peaks and feedback for improvement
  • Unlimited phone calls between 9am & 6pm, returned usually within 24-48 hours
  • Meetings twice a month in person or via phone/Skype to review plan, goals, or sport-specific needs

The Structured Season Program: $300 for 4 months (recommended) or $85/month

The Structured Season Program is designed for beginners and seasoned cyclists, triathletes and runners who need less “hands on” features of a full coaching package:

  • Initial face to face assessment to discuss sport-specific goals and personal goals; racing goals, key races, racing weight, sport specific nutrition, or other fitness/health goals. This meeting will also include an introduction to the KaMOTION coaching philosophy
  • Coaches will provide testing protocols to establish Heart Rate (HR) and or Functional Threshold Power (Wattage) training zones, which are incorporated into the training plan (if you are an athlete that does not use HR or Power the training plan will be setup using Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE))
  • Premium Membership to TrainingPeaks
  • Personalized monthly training plan with periodized strength sessions in TrainingPeaks (one adjustment to a training plan will be permitted per month)
  • Each month the athlete provides written feedback regarding strengths/limiters and any additional goals the athlete seeks for the next month. Based on the athlete’s feedback the next month will be adjusted to meet the athlete’s needs/goals.
  • You will be invited to join Club KaMOTION**

** A closed Facebook group of KaMOTION athletes that get together on a regular basis for group training sessions, coaches give advice and feedback in a group setting

Any additional one-on-one instruction for sport specific skills, training and analysis – $45 per one hour session.

Detailed raced plans for each key race including hydration, nutrition, and mental strategies based on the athlete’s needs can be added to any package for $40 per race
